Features include: natural soy wax candle burns cleanly and is free of toxicant, candles contain no palm - have extremely low soot production and are environmentally friendly, burn time of 25 hours, candle is 14 ounces. This item is eligible for return within 30 days upon receipt. Please note the item must be unused and in new condition with the Factory Seal still in place for applicable items (i.e. Electronics, Fragrances, Unmounted Tires, Motorized Bikes & Scooters, etc.). Customer is responsible for the original shipping cost, a $10 return shipping + handling cost and a flat 5% restocking fee.
Standard Parcel Delivery
- As soon as your order ships we will send carrier information and a tracking number via the email address associated with your account. Additionally, you can view tracking on your order details page.
- Please arrange for an adult (over 18 years old) to be present to receive your package. The carrier will not require a signature to accept the package.
- Please inspect your merchandise thoroughly and report any issues to our customer service team within 24 hours of receipt so that we can resolve the issue promptly. Do not discard the original packaging until you have confirmed that the merchandise has been received in its intended condition. Failure to follow these guidelines may impact our ability to address your issue.

dependent on your specific situation and financial behavior. Failure to make on time payments by the payment
